BinDiff 4.1 not working with idaq64 (6.5 and 6.6) #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install BinDiff 4.1
2. Run idaq64.exe
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
IDA produces the error "Fatal error before kernel init" on load 
(zynamics_binexport_8.p64 seems to be the culprit)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
BinDiff 4.1 with IDA Pro 6.6 (also tried 6.5). Windows 7 and 8.1.

Please provide any additional information below.
