Integrate Spotify API to enable playback control, stream info, and chat functionality.

If possible please try to do this without the need of login.
A few ideas I have on how we can do this would be have what we can do without login already working, and if they try access something that needs a login, we prompt them to login.

Playback control is complete. Please create new issues for stream info and chat functionality as they do not relate the the title of the issue <3
