[BUG] Hot Keys -> Scrips does not update with Scripts changes. #136

Using Razor 1.6.7.10

When you add/rename scripts, hotkey list is not updated.

A restart seem to be required for hotkeys to update.

Suggestion; Refresh the hotkey list if you do 'Reload Scripts'.
