When you create a Counter it automatically becomes active [FEATURE] #149

Self explanatory... today when you create a counter it doesn't get 'ticked' automatically... that is frustrating, cause it's reasonable to think that if you are creating it then you want it active.

The counter feature in Razor scripting has been updated to not require a counter defined.
