Adds unit tests to verify PostcodeResult can be serialized

Thank you, that's perfect. I can't believe I missed that! Really should have written the appropriate unit tests but to be honest it was so busy at the time that I just rushed it out. Rookie error :-)

Thanks again, I've merged that pull request in and pushed out a new Nuget package (v0.0.4).
