Add support for terminated postcodes API #8

This allows querying of postcode information for terminated postcodes, which are postcodes that are no longer valid.

Thanks. I've merged this in and put out a new package (0.0.6) which incorporates this. I notice we're missing any tests for this part but it's a fairly straightforward change (plus we're still at v0 here) so I'm not too cut up about it :-)
