Draft: Configured link check action and removed dead links #144

Removed lots of dead links. Configured Github Action to perform a health check on all links found in .md files.

Wow, that is a lot of dead links :)

I can see at least a couple that would be worth trying to see where they've moved to, like the first of Dan's Egghead videos.
