Prune dead links 2020-01-24 #103

@markerikson All of the removed links went to a 404 page. I manually double-checked them after my script labeled them as an issue.

Some links were just out of date (like http://redux.js.org/docs/introduction/Ecosystem.html -> https://redux.js.org/introduction/ecosystem), but for the majority, I just stripped them out.

Wow. That is a lot of dead links!

I suspect many of them are still available on NPM, but yeah, might as well remove them if the repos are gone.
