oauth2 not installable with PHP 8 #33

Even though version 3.0.1 is supposed to be compatible with PHP 8, it is not installable because m4tthumphrey/php-gitlab-api: ^9.19 is PHP 7 max.

Can this dependency be bumped to a compatible version?
