Added episerver CMS 11 packages and bumped version 11 to be the same as episerver CMS version supported

@Sebbe Actually I like the idea of matching the Episerver versions, but only for components that don't offer their own API (which could possibly have an independent breaking change)

Interestingly I was looking back at the history to work out why I decided to bump the major version number last time and it was you that suggested it...
