The theme, use the default theme on VS code, remove Dracula.
Peacock extension
Check if there are more user-level extension that must be removed.
Remember that the settings.json cannot be touched, so we are enforcing its use by including the above user-level configurations. There must be a documents in the docs explaining clearly the settings.json file. And, clearly explaining in that document that the user can include in the user-level config stuff like that, the theme or the color of VS Code frame.
