--dedupe-options=partial is undocumented #298

This option is part of the release notes but appears to be missing from the --dedupe-options=options section of the web docs http://markfasheh.github.io/duperemove/duperemove.html#6. This seems relevant, especially since it's mentioned in the release notes and the section about the --batchsize=N command and should get a short explanation like every other option.

Formatting of the web page could be nicer, but this issue is resolved.
