Fixes #132 Moved package source tree to a 'src' top-level folder #134

There seems to be pros and cons of this in the community, but I do like that you can only test an installed package.

Linting paths are fixed up. To lint, cruiz is run in a limited way, however this must now be preceded by installing it.
