Describe the bug Unable to update the rates table. When I manually ran the service is failed with the following

"Failed to call service octopusagile/half_hour. min() arg is an empty sequence"

To Reproduce Developer Tools > Service > octopusagile: half_hour > Call Service

Expected behavior Rate tables updated
