Update the phpmailer dependency to a version that fixes a critical security issue in 5.2.x. See: https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/releases/tag/v5.2.18

Thanks. Maybe tagging a 1.3.1 release with this would be good. Cheers.

@markguinn could you update the PHPMailer dependency to 5.2.20 and tag a 1.3.1 version? Seems like another critical security issue was found.

Thanks for the bump, @kinglozzer. Apparently all my Github emails had been going to my (now defunct) Adair Creative email address and current job has me using a different Github account so I didn't see this originally. I should be able to be more responsive now that I've got that sorted out.
