Update docs for new storage location system #4

Once #3 is implemented, some of the key docs about building and using modules will need to be updated. Also some of the core docs describing the Pimlico architecture (look for any mentioning long_term_store, etc).

Feature is implemented (see #3). Time to update the docs.

002f195 updates the docs to cover the new system.
