Update documentation for 0.3.0 #70

Update the documentation to cover the feature set of release 0.3.0.

Describe the variant code use-case found in the demo project

To avoid delaying the 0.3.0 release any further, the following are not required for 0.3.0, but would be nice if added soon:

Alternate assembly for two components (may share a single refdes), with solder paste applied to one
Alternate 3D models for same footprint (e.g. different height of part)
