Dear Mark and Alejandro, I have updated the indexDilemma function and its doc. See what you think.

installation of package ‘rgl’ had non-zero exit status This is usually resolved with the dev packages for openGL (I suspect is for the fancy 3D plots) in debian it is resolved installing libglu1-mesa-dev. I don't know what travis is running but I suspect this is not due to my update
