Link not working

Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. I'm attempting to use your OpenRepGrid on Air, but am not sure how to upload my data to create a grid and principal component map. On the webpage www.onair.openrepgrid.org, I've attempted using the link 'Your grid file has to be in this format to be read in.', using Google Chrome browser as the site suggests, but it takes me to a page that says:

This page isn’t working www.openrepgrid.uni-bremen.de is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500

Do you have any suggestions/work-around that help with this matter?
