Add conda-forge installation and remove old conda recipe

Following our email correspondence, here are the changes you asked for:

• Update conda installation guide in docs + conda / conda-forge related links
• Remove defunct meta.yaml

Please note I did not remove conda related sections in .travis.yml

Regardless, please note that python-dremio-client version 0.15 was published today:

https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/python-dremio-client

In the package conda recipe you can see I've added a pyyaml dependency as it's used in dremio_client/conf/_init_.py and not declared as a dependency.
