Block placing whitelist to be able to place certain blocks in any faction
Block breaking whitelist to be able to break certain blocks in any faction
Same as above except certain whitelist for server factions such as Wilderness, Safezone, and Warzone.

I think Factions has something similar to this already, but only for Factions themselves. I will look into adding support for permanent factions.
