Craft 4 support? plus world domination #1

1) Any plans to support Craft 4.1?

2) Scope of the "plugin" I still dream of a better testing setup for Craft sites but plugins as well. I wonder what would be required to turn this into a general-purpose tool for both worlds. I'm mainly interested in the Factories but also the HTTP part can be useful for tests in plugins.

TBH, I did not fully understand the code and how Factories are connected to the Http/Request, how seeding is done, or if the database is bypassed. Maybe you can enlight me?
