Changing the name of an open file in the workspace does not reflect the new name. Also after you have change the filename and you try and close the file from the workspace the file gets closed but it is not removed from the workspace.
How to recreate.
Open a folder in Textmate.
Open an existing file into the workspace.
Rename the open file in Textmate. (Notice that the new name is not reflected in the workspace).
Close the open file in the workspace. (It closes the file but the file in the workspace is still there).
