Non Context-Menu to add Magento-Plugin to an Project #8

Installed in Eclipse Juno (Aptana Plugin).

After Installation, i doesn't see and entry, like this you show on the 
screenhot in your wiki.

Now i switch to another Perspektive (php) and its shown. How can i Add this to 
my (Web) Perspective?
