What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Try and load any web page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the web page, instead "This page cannot be loaded via the Chrome Data 
Compression Proxy. Try reloading the page."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ver 1.2 on windows 7, chrome Version 38.0.2125.44 beta-m

Should be fixed in version 1.3, please update the extension and tell me if it 
works.
