Stopped Working #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Turn it on
2.Try and browse
3.Turning it off and browsing resumes ok

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Previously was able to surf the net, now get a blank page (no error message)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3 on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

Please provide more information:
- Google Chrome version
- open Web Inspector (shift-ctrl-i), go to network tab, referesh any http:// 
website and show the headers (Is it 502 Bad Gateway? Does it contain 
chrome-proxy: ps=123456789... or via: 1.1 Chrome Compression Proxy?)

Please upgrade Chrome to the latest version 37 and tell me if the problem still 
exists.

It works...I didn't think my copy of Chrome was out of date enough to make
a difference like that.
