Added the ability to use shortcodes inside the page content #2

Shortcodes can now be used inside the page content or inside the template.

I didn't increment the version number or make changes to the readme file. If you want I can do that as well.

@ashfame Thanks for pointing out the formatting issues. I have fixed them.

I should have probably paid more attention in the beginning.

I have also added new tags, which will allow you to include the page content inside the template.

I use this feature in my website and thought it would be useful to others. Would appreciate a merge ;)

Let me know if you want me to increment the version number or update the change log.

Any chance of getting this merged into the plugin?

I am maintaining my version of the plugin for the past 3.5 years since this didn't get merged :(
