Link attributes #170

Hi Mark,

is it "easy" to add some custom attributes to external hyperlinks like facebook or youtube? In my case I need to add "rel=nofollow" to external links.

Hi @DanBusc, I realize this is has been a while since you posted this but I am looking at this too, i like to add link attributes noopener and/or noreferrer, did you manage to figure out how to do this?
