Your program has a fatal bug to spawn one or more taskhostw.exe process with over 25% CPU usages per process after waking from hibernate state of WIN10, and these processes can't be teminated by task manager with "access is denied" warning.
I have spent 3 days to trace this issue which affect my work very much, and many softwares have been uninstalled and multiple anti-virus tools have been applied without any progress. Fortunately, no more evil after uninstalling your program.
I don't think it's a good way to write registry value on windows boot, and this may hack Windows if your program has some bug. And this is very difficult to be traced.
