make releases available on github #60

I noticed that https://github.com/marklieberman/downloadstar/releases was empty, not a huge issue as I found pre-buillt one on Mozilla addon page :-) (See #59 ).

Releases have to be signed by Mozilla before they can be installed. Making the releases available on GitHub would just mean copying the signed XPI from AMO so there isn't much point.
