XML file types not facetable, don't dislay properly in detail mode #1

XML files are being ignored by the ISYS filters, resulting in no "xml" facet values. Also, the detail view of the document does not show the XML itself.

ISYS filters don't declare a mime type for xml documents so they won't show up as a document type. Viewing of XML in an XML document has been committed.
