If you upload, for example, a JPG image whose file name is "blue car.jpg" and then search for "car" the image won't show up. However, if you facet on all images you will see the file and its title listed correctly as "blue car.jpg". Title are based on parsing of the URI. To support the correct search I believe we will need to add uri's to the list of things being searched.
