This is Mukul's change set for enabling PDF-only books on docs.marklogic.com, from issue #701.
@dmcassel, I believe you reviewed this when we merged it into the docapp branch. This is just to get it properly on master. The only thing that's different here are some changes to guide list (most of which are commented out since they're not ready to go live yet).
The 8.0 addition to document-list.xml is intentional; it's already reflected on live. I just didn't do a merge to master when I pushed for 8.0-7 because we had these other changes awaiting action.
