20 - setup unit testing

This branch is an initial unit test framework setup with a few example tests and helper features.

• Tests can be run from IntelliJ or via the command line with gradle test
  • Use -i switch for verbose output.
• Tests are organized by area in /src/test/java
• getResources helper method is used to load resources corresponding to the class from the /src/test/java/resources directory.
• All test cases should extend the AbstractTest class
• If demo data has not been loaded, it will be loaded for testing and removed when the tests finish running.
• REST-asured is used for tests against the REST endpoints.
• Build/instance configuration information is available via the testConfig variable initialized in the AbstractTest class.
