Break up the wizard in multiple html templates #86

The current Wizard is a bit messy. Too much HTML in 1 file. Not really maintainable. Split it up into multiple templates. This is also needed as preparation for advanced query screens #54 .

Solved in the latest commit to #13 FERR-90 branch
