Addresses Issues:

202 [FEATURE] Label node in KNOW with RDF Schema Label if present.
201 [FEATURE] Option to fetch ALL relationships in KNOW tab without text filter.
200 [BUG] KNOW view slowness with a large number of triples

Description of Changes

Sort default, most connected, least connected
Related show all or show all (text filtered)
Use RDF Labels on Nodes if available
General Performance updates and move to Optic for Browse
Code consolidation to external Library
Updated unit tests to handle the greater number of results due to Optic where clauses
