Use mlGroveAppName rather than mlAppName #7

To prevent conflicts when moving over configs to DHF/DHS

May need to rethink this. Testing this approach out for real revealed some issues. Various commands are rather tightly coupled to appname. It is also less relevant if the project is setup for DHS, which currently does not allow extra app-servers, databases, etc.
