Need ability to perform data hub harmonization #268

The Datahub writer performs input flow support, but does not support harmonization flow. The harmonization flow is different process and should be supported for batch processing.

@mchiarelli is this still an issue. Unless it is a specific ItemReader or Processor I think this is out of scope.

It seems to me that the DataHubItemWriter would accept a parameter indicating the harmonization flow.
