Migrate project to use Roxy installer #103

Roxy is a better known MarkLogic installer than MLJSAdmin.

Using Roxy will also allow unit tests that have been created on related projects to be fed back into the main project.

This will involve changing the folder structure though.

Another improvement is that the Roxy bootstrap performs the manual actions required in the INSTALL documentation.
