lib-search-subscribe contains incorrect path #121

lib-search-subscribe contains the following line multiple times:

import module namespace ah = "http://marklogic.com/search/subscribe" at "/workflowengine/modules/lib-search-subscribe.xqy";

The actual home for the module is in "/workflowengine/models/lib-search-subscribe.xqy"
