Provide APIs for Javascript and XQuery #143

This may be a controversial request as the workflow project has until now been a discrete REST-driven application.

Would it be useful to have function calls for server side javascript and xquery hooking into the top level of:

/v1/resources/process
/v1/resources/processasset
/v1/resources/processengine
/v1/resources/processinbox
/v1/resources/processqueue
/v1/resources/processroleinbox
/v1/resources/processsearch
/v1/resources/processsubscription

...to spare the exercise of using REST calls against the same database?
