REST endpoints do not work in MarkLogic 9.0-3 #519

Hi,

Rest endpoints (/v1/...) do not seem to work in 9.0-3 and return 401 Authentication Required responses despite a correct user/password being used. This may be related to the PostMan/Nonce issued already in discuss.
