Remove detail.xslt, and review other REST transforms #65

We should also review the other transforms. from-json.xsl sounds redundant, to-json.xsl could use a bit of work. detail.xsl could prove useful to some, but should be rewritten then..

Pushing this cleanup task to next release.

The rest transforms that come with this slush template have been revised/improved in the mean time, but could still use a review. Detail.xslt should be removed..
