Update Jena dependency to 4.3.2 and resolve all compilation issues. #82

Also done:

the Gradle version was bumped to 5.0.0 in order to build the project with Java 11
the Jacoco plugin was upgraded to the version that supports Java 11
marklogic-client-ap was upgraded to the latest released version
unsed imports were removed

@fp-smartlogic Just learned about this PR today. This repo obviously hasn't been maintained for awhile now, but I'm going to look into "modernizing" it soon and getting a maintenance release out with updated dependencies.

This looks good to me, going to follow it up with another PR that upgrades Gradle and how artifacts are published.
