DEVEXP-385: Verify and update all dependencies and categorize them. #171

This updates most dependencies. See the "dependenciesComments" section in package.json for more information. This also organizes the dependencies in the "devDependencies" and "dependencies" better. Finally, it removes a few unused dependencies.
