Suggestion: Move VCR controls above the code replay #8

I'm probably the last person to be making HCI suggestions, but I wanted to suggest that the VCR controls be moved above the code area. When the page loaded, I didn't immediately realize that the controls were at the bottom. It seems to me that, since they're the major interaction system, they should be more front and center.

Thanks for the feedback... I know I am in need of a pro to help redesign parts of the output.

I am planning on creating a short video about how to navigate the UI. I hope this will help.
