The new tape_width_adjust can change the nominal tape width +/-0.25mm.
It only affects the tape inset, i.e. one only needs to (re)print the inset if a specific tape is different.
However, in order to support seamless tape transport, the spent tape chute was also adjusted to the maximum tape_width_adjustment (+0.25mm). This in turn affects the base plate, in which the counter-shape is now shallower.
