Hi, When go to Files>Preferences menu, only English is possible in the general tab>Language. To fix it, simply replace Languages by Locale in the Directories tab>Languages

C:\Program Files\FreeShip\Locale

Thanks for reporting the issue. Fixed in Linux release for now.
