I am not able to render PR (puerto rico) and VR (Us Virgin Islands) with the USA Map. Does any one have a solution for this.

I second this. Any way to implement PR & VR?

This seems to be a very common request with no clear solution. Is there any plans to add PR and VR to the USA map?
