Next release #235

We should put out a minor release soon. The NEWS is fairly updated. We've got 0.10.6 on CRAN; any objection to 0.10.7? Anything else we should try and get in this version?

Unless I hear otherwise, I'll work on getting a release out next week.

0.10.7 is out to CRAN.

It's up there. (Boy the submission process goes much faster when we don't have any check issues to require manual inspection.)
